Learning Difficulties

 Marshland staff includes a trainer qualified to work with people who have learning difficulties.

While many people with learning difficulties can take part in normal training schemes many will find normal sessions difficult and respond much better to tailor made schemes from trainers experience in teaching this group of people.

This skill is especially important to employers who have staff with learning difficulties and want to provide them with some training that will help ensure their compliance with health and safety obligations and to increase their literacy or numeracy.
